Prior to joining Campbell Strategies, Mr. Toker was a senior executive at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where he directed the Strategic Health Policy Branch. Mr. Toker spent three years in the Cabinet Office, where he was the Executive Coordinator of the Health and Social Policy Committee of Cabinet. In this capacity, Mr. Toker worked with Ministers, MPPs and ministries to help shape and establish the government's strategic policy, communications and fiscal priorities. Mr. Toker has also held senior executive and policy positions in transportations, labour, financial institutions and economic development departments. Mr. Toker is a graduate of the University of Toronto , Osgoode Hall Law School and the Queen's School of Business , Public Executive Program.
